You may want to point your newly funded applicants to the ‘new employees‘ advice as they will likely be appointing their own new team members. However, you may also need to prepare some induction material for the newly funded awardees.
Although the awardees’ institutions will likely sign contracts to receive funding, it would be pertinent to ensure your funder expectations are clear.
If you have been successful, for example, in enabling the success of early career researchers, then this may well be the first time they have received funding personally. Thus, they will need advice regarding what you expect of them and how they should manage the funding and potentially what pitfalls to avoid. Consider enabling your awardees to meet as a cohort to share experiences and difficulties.
